• Host as many sub domains on your account as you want (e.g. sub1.yourdomain.com, sub2.yourdomain.com etc)
• We don’t lock out accounts because of over use (note, pretty much everything’s unlimited when it comes to FezTrick. But if you are on the Standard plan and you over run your 100 GB per month bandwidth limit, we will not close down your account!)
• Customer support is the one thing that we pride ourselves in. From employing the proven tools available online to using a seasoned tech support crew out there, FezTrick gives you the most well-rounded experience money can buy.

How does the 30-day guarantee work?

If you cancel your plan anytime within the first thirty days of signing up, you will not be charged a thing. If you have registered a domain through FezTrick while signing up, you will have to pay USD 10 for the domain (you will get to keep the domain).

How do I pay?

We accept all major credit cards. PayPal is also supported. 2CheckOut is our authorized retailer - and all credit card payments are handled through the US-based 2CheckOut using the highest SSL security standard.

Don’t you guys have a monthly contract?

No. Most hosting companies advertise low rates such as USD 4 or USD 6 per month, and they only offer that if you sign up for three years etc. We have kept it simple and straight. And as you’d agree, working with customers who are in it for at least a year gives us a better chance of serving you – and understanding your needs – better.

Do you register domain names?

Yes. But it is perfectly fine if you already have a domain name (or hosting and email) already purchased. FezTrick, essentially, offers a complete infrastructure, that includes hosting, professional email and importantly, customer service that is way beyond par. (we will transfer the domain for you, if you so wish)

How long will the set up take?

We ask for 7 week days, and yes, we set up your account ‘by hand’. The web space is set up within a few hours, the rest of the time is taken to set up Google Apps, to make primary user accounts and to install and check CMS uploads (we install the latest stable release of either Wordpress or Joomla on your web space).
